A Romanian Christmas that invites people back.
The project
Masía Lacy wanted to introduce its Romanian Christmas celebration to the community in Valencia and the surrounding area, then use the film to promote the next edition. The challenge was to portray an unfamiliar culture respectfully and identify the moments that truly mattered.
We planned the coverage before the event, studied the celebration and worked as a two-person team: I filmed from the ground while a drone pilot established the venue and gave the gathering a sense of scale.
A 2:32 horizontal aftermovie, delivered on time and designed as a promotional film that extended the event: not only remembering what happened, but making people want to attend the next edition.
