The quote is not based only on camera hours. It depends on what happens at the same time, the crew the coverage needs and everything that must be delivered afterwards.

Can you quote before the final schedule is ready?
Yes. The proposal can state clear assumptions and be updated when the schedule is confirmed. Open decisions simply need to be identified.
Can one person cover both photography and video?
It depends on the pace and simultaneous moments. When both services matter, a coordinated crew avoids missing images while switching roles.
Is raw footage included?
Only when it is written into the proposal. A raw-footage handover changes downloading, organisation, storage and file volume.
Does an urgent delivery change the quote?
It can change the post-production plan and crew. It should be agreed before the event so the edit time and first-priority asset are clear.
